First Rain

The dirt piles were covered in plastic in anticipation of rain from Thursday through Sunday.
We have not had much rain all winter in San Diego, our usual rainy season, which is exacerbating existing drought conditions.  So there are lots of people wishing for rain, but we are not one of them.
